We are a company integrating industry and trade, mainly supplying All indoor furniture, teak furniture and aluminum furniture for outdoor,restaurant furniture and office furniture.

3. How long will it take to receive a reply after I send an inquiry?

We will reply within 24 hours, the fastest is 1 hours.You can contact us through the chat tool.

4. What’s your return policy?How long is the warranty period?

If there is any non-human damage after the goods are received, we will replace the damaged furniture and send new furniture for free. warranty period is 1 year.

5. Do our products support third-party testing?

There is no problem if the customer asks a third party inspection company to inspect the goods.

6. How does your company do regarding quality control? What is the packaging?

We have professional QC team to do test before the shipment. Also we will take the photos from different angle and videos to check the quality for the customers when the goods finished,then everything is approved,we will ship the goods to follow customer’s request.Package is wooden case by all goods.It is very resistant to crushing and collision.

7. How long is the lead time?

The lead time is normally 10 days. It also depends on the quantity and customer requirements. For bulk order, it many take 2-3 weeks for production. And for custom project, it many need 1-2 months.

8. Do your products support customization? 

We support customization services to follow any idea or request without qty limit.

9. How can I get my products?

We will check the shipping cost to according to your address and zip code before order.when the goods finished,We will be responsible for shipping to your address.If you have freight forwarder of partner in China, we can send goods to them.

10. How long does it take to receive the goods?

Ship by sea about 25-28 days in US and Canada from China.it also depends on your address and zip code.If your goods are shipped by containers, the delivery time is about within 20 days.

11. What's the payment method?

Currently T/T, PayPal and Western Union are available.
